For 20 years, Girls on the Run-DC has helped girls build confidence, healthy habits, and essential life skills that extend far beyond the season. Through movement, meaningful mentorship, and a research-based curriculum, our programs support girls in navigating stress, strengthening resilience, and discovering the power of their own voice.

Last season, more than 70% of our participants received full program scholarships, ensuring that every girl who wants to participate can, regardless of financial circumstances. By supporting our mission, you’re helping every girl embrace her limitless potential and step boldly into her future.
